slabb_
The red one stays on and bright
slabb_
The green on flashes quickly once and slowly twice
andy_s

andy_s
well, then lite
slabb_
still no display?
slabb_
could it be an issue with the pi itself?
slabb_
holy shit
slabb_
i just plugged the damn thing into a different monitor
andy_s
and it works, right
slabb_
it doesnt stay on screen for long but atleast something appeared
andy_s
what
slabb_
the kind of set up screen shows up and then it says no cable found
andy_s
hmm...
andy_s
try booting from usb
slabb_
do i just plug the usb into the slot on the back of the pi and boot as normal?
andy_s
back?
andy_s
first you need to flash that stick the same way as SD card.
andy_s
then you plug it into USB slot of pi, pull out card and power up
slabb_
the green light isnt saying the sd card cannot be read
slabb_
but still no display
andy_s
yes, it is...
andy_s
3 flashes is that bootloader was not found
slabb_
is that an issue with the usb or the flashing software
andy_s
you got them flashes on SD card, not usb
