hey, Can I solder the 4 USB cables to these connections here and will it work?

or some1 have another idea if i can power it without a micro usb plug

The Pico can also be operated via the VSYS pin (pin 39) with a USB power supply unit or in battery or rechargeable battery mode. 5 volts via the VBUS pin (pin 40) + GND (pin38). Search for this on the Internet.

yea thanks but many ppls says i shouldnt do that because the voltage drops or peaks

i want power it with a usb cable that i plug normaly in the power outlet
