ispy (agent dvr) on pi5

i tried installing ispy on my headless pi5 (debian12) following this guide:

installation is successful, but i cant connect to http://my-pi-ip:8090 over web browser in same network.
still kind of a newbie on raspberry, any help or tips would be appreciated

Is the service running?
systemctl is-active AgentDVR
active
should be, yes
How did you search for your IP?
ip is right. ssh works
when trying "systemctl is-active AgentDVR" again it says "activating"
then active again, next time activating...
looks like its restarting all the time?

tried reinstalling, same. tried reinstalling without system service. at startup i got this
does this mean it cant install ffmpeg6?

Try installing what was not found beforehand.
If it doesn't work then I would say it's the script.
