Pi 3b wont boot

I have two pi3b boards that refuse to boot. One of them has a 3 short 1 long blink code (wether i have an sd card plugged or not) and the other managed to boot but after a couple minutes had some graphical bugs, crashed, and refused to boot. I've tried different cards and operating systems

i've read all the pages linked there and couldn't find a fix (the pi3 doesnt have a bootloader image and i cant find my blinking pattern)

i can confirm the sd card isnt broken and the os isnt corrupted, it boots just fine on another pi 3b

Then it could be the SD-card holder. Have you enabled USB boot?

Then your option is to replace the SD card holder, soldering!
