Is there a greats Touch Display wich work perfekt with every OS/System because I want to run Debian on it and eventually others. I didn’t find any working with Debian yet. (My English isn’t very good I hope everyone knows what I mean)

I'm using the following on my Raspberry Pi 4 B. Nice resolution. What I like is the glass monitor, not the usual soft touchscreen surface. The Pi mounts right on the display. All the hardware is in the box except the USB-C power and the micro HDMI to standard HDMI which I use for a second larger (1080P) monitor. Works well so far. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BKGCB18T?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title

That display should work with most distros if you follow this tutorial each time http://www.lcdwiki.com/7inch_HDMI_Display-C

Search for screens that has HDMI for display and USB for touch and that would work. The tricky ones is the one using SPI for display/touch and/or using I2C for touch, and this is mainly because of the shift from X to Wayland and many SPI displays hasn't developed any Wayland drivers.
