Had one long blink and 2 short blinks
Tried EEPROM recovery it's just blinking green and not stable

Forget about eeprom recovery
What exactly did you do in the imager?
That's probably where your going wrong

And try the troubleshooting options at the bottom
i did the first one correct
and tried the troublshooting too

oh its alwasy connected
Then also see if it appears on your network config
Good then just double check for outputs
If it doesn't output anything unplug the power cable and usb then just plug the power cable back in
Check the display and status leds
